Acceptable Use Policy

AllDayDesk is built for legitimate service businesses that want to answer inbound calls, capture details, and book appointments. This policy describes uses that are not allowed.

Allowed use

Use AllDayDesk to answer legitimate business calls, collect routine service details, route messages, book appointments, and maintain call and booking history for your own business.

Prohibited use

  • Illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, phishing, credential collection, deception, harassment, threats, hate, abuse, or exploitation.
  • Spam, robocalls, unsolicited outbound marketing, lead generation calls, text blasting, number spoofing, or any campaign that lacks required consent.
  • Emergency dispatch, 911 replacement, crisis response, suicide or violence intervention, or any workflow where delayed or incorrect handling could create immediate physical danger.
  • Medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, insurance advice, debt collection, credit repair, lending decisions, tax advice, or other regulated professional services unless your business is fully authorized and the workflow is legally compliant.
  • Adult sexual services, gambling, weapons, controlled substances, counterfeit goods, malware, surveillance abuse, stolen data, or any other high-risk or prohibited category.
  • Telecom resale, premium-rate services, traffic pumping, toll fraud, SIM farms, artificial call generation, or attempts to manipulate phone networks or billing systems.
  • Collecting, storing, or requesting highly sensitive data unless it is necessary for your lawful business workflow and you have appropriate consent and safeguards.
  • Selling, renting, scraping, or repurposing caller data as a data broker or list provider.

Caller consent and disclosure

You are responsible for caller disclosures, call recording notices, consent, opt-out handling, and any industry-specific rules that apply to your business. If you are not sure whether a workflow is allowed, do not run it until you have reviewed the legal requirements for your business.

Enforcement

We may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts that create legal, safety, telecom, fraud, chargeback, privacy, or platform-risk concerns. We may also block setup, decline payments, cancel subscriptions, or remove content when needed to protect callers, customers, the service, or payment and infrastructure partners.
