Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how AllDayDesk trials, subscription cancellations, digital delivery, and refund reviews work.

Trial

  • Live phone setup starts with a card-required trial.
  • The trial lasts 7 days or 20 live calls, whichever happens first.
  • Your selected paid plan starts automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
  • You can cancel from the dashboard or billing account flow before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge.

Subscription cancellation

You can cancel future renewals from the dashboard or account billing flow. Cancellation stops the next renewal charge. Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless the account is suspended for misuse or legal reasons.

When access ends, live answering and the supplied service number are disconnected. You are responsible for turning off any forwarding that points to that number.

Refund eligibility

  • Refunds are generally not provided for completed billing periods after the service has been made available.
  • We will review refund requests for duplicate charges, billing errors, charges after a confirmed cancellation, or a paid account that could not access the core paid service because of an AllDayDesk issue we could not resolve.
  • Refund requests should be made within 14 days of the charge so the account and billing records can be reviewed promptly.
  • Refunds required by law will be honored.

Digital delivery

AllDayDesk is a digital service. There are no physical goods to ship. After checkout, account access, dashboard access, and live phone setup begin electronically.

Dedicated number setup and forwarding instructions can depend on phone-number availability, the information in your account, and your current phone service. If setup cannot be completed, use the dashboard retry and support paths so the account can be corrected or reviewed.

What is not refundable

  • Charges caused by forgetting to cancel before a trial or renewal date, unless required by law or caused by a confirmed billing error.
  • Service time already delivered during an active billing period.
  • Losses caused by incorrect business settings, disconnected calendars, caller behavior, phone-carrier settings, or unsupported use.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Timing depends on the payment method and financial institutions involved.
