Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information AllDayDesk collects and how we use it to provide AI phone receptionist, booking, dashboard, support, and billing services.
Information we collect
- Account information, such as name, email address, sign-in details, and business ownership details.
- Business profile information, such as the business you select, website, services, service area, hours, greeting, assistant instructions, knowledge base, phone numbers, and calendar settings.
- Call and booking information, such as caller name, phone number, service request, address, appointment time, call metadata, recordings, transcripts, summaries, outcomes, and notes when those features are enabled or available.
- Payment and subscription information, such as plan, checkout status, billing status, invoices, receipts, taxes, and customer identifiers. Full card numbers are handled by secure checkout and payment infrastructure, not stored by AllDayDesk.
- Usage, device, and analytics information, such as pages viewed, actions taken, approximate location from network data, browser type, errors, and session diagnostics.
- Advertising attribution information, such as campaign parameters, browser identifiers, and whether a demo, trial, service activation, or purchase followed an advertisement.
How we use information
- Create, configure, and run your AI phone receptionist.
- Answer calls, capture caller details, route requests, and book appointments according to your settings.
- Show dashboard history, billing status, setup progress, usage, notifications, and customer support context.
- Process trials, subscriptions, cancellations, taxes, invoices, receipts, fraud checks, and payment-related support.
- Secure the service, prevent misuse, troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
- Measure advertising results, avoid duplicate conversion reporting, and improve which promotions are shown to likely business customers.
Call privacy and caller notice
Your business is responsible for providing any caller notices and consents required by law, including notices about automated answering, call recording, transcription, and appointment booking.
Do not submit sensitive caller information unless it is necessary for your business workflow and you have a lawful basis to collect and process it.
How we share information
- With service providers that help operate hosting, authentication, database, voice, transcription, booking, calendar, analytics, advertising measurement, security, checkout, tax, billing, and customer-support workflows.
- When you use business search, your search text is processed by Google Maps Platform to return matching businesses. Google processes that information under the Google Privacy Policy.
- With connected accounts you authorize, such as calendars used to check availability or create appointments.
- With authorities, payment networks, or other parties when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, safety, or protection of rights.
- With a successor organization if AllDayDesk is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
No sale of personal information
AllDayDesk does not sell customer or caller personal information and does not operate as a data broker. We use business and caller data to provide the service, support the account, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.
Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, comply with legal and tax requirements, prevent abuse, and support account recovery. Customers may request deletion of account data, subject to records we must keep for legal, security, billing, or dispute reasons.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service is perfectly secure, so customers should use strong sign-in practices and limit account access to authorized staff.
Your choices
- You can update business profile, phone, calendar, assistant, and billing settings in the dashboard where those controls are available.
- You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information through customer support channels.
- You can manage browser cookies and analytics controls through your browser or device settings.
Children
AllDayDesk is a business service and is not intended for children under 16. Do not use the service to knowingly collect information from children unless your business has all required authority and safeguards.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The updated policy applies when posted unless a different date is stated.
