AI phone answering for your business
A real estate phone answering service answers your business line when you are with a client, on a showing, or away from the phone. AllDayDesk answers calls around the clock using the business information you save, so callers hear details about your agency, your services, and how you work. The receptionist takes messages for anything it cannot answer, and new appointment requests show up in your dashboard calendar for you to confirm. You keep your existing phone number by forwarding calls to AllDayDesk, and the exact forwarding steps depend on your phone carrier. Setup starts by entering your business or its website, checking the details it found, hearing a personalized sample call, and then choosing how to connect your phone. Calls, transcripts, summaries, and bookings all appear in your dashboard, so you can follow up on every buyer or seller lead the same day.

How it works
Choose your business or enter its website. Check the services, hours, and details callers need.
Listen to a sample for your business and check its answers. The sample does not create a real booking.
Follow the steps for your phone service. Set up booking availability and any call transfers you want to use.
Review calls, messages, and bookings in your dashboard.
Agents get a wide mix of calls: buyers asking about a listing, sellers wanting a market opinion, past clients with questions, and vendors calling during a showing. When you are driving or in a closing, you cannot always pick up. An answering service covers those moments by answering with your saved business information and handling each call in a consistent way.
AllDayDesk is built around information you control. You enter your business name and website, review the details it pulled, and correct anything that is off. Callers then hear accurate answers about your services and hours. When a caller asks something you have not saved, or wants a price or appointment detail the receptionist does not know, it takes a message instead of guessing.
Setup begins on the AllDayDesk site. You choose your business from search results or enter its website, then check the business details the system found and fix anything wrong. Next you hear a personalized sample so you know exactly how your receptionist will sound before anything goes live. The sample is a demonstration only and creates no real booking.
After the sample, you choose your phone setup. Most owners keep their public number and forward calls to AllDayDesk. Forwarding instructions depend on your phone service, so you follow the steps for your carrier. Once your services and availability are configured in the dashboard, new appointments land on the built-in AllDayDesk calendar by default.
You do not need a new phone number. You forward your existing line to AllDayDesk, and the activation steps depend on your carrier and product. For example, Verizon mobile uses *72 plus the destination for all-call forwarding and *73 to turn it off, while T-Mobile uses **21*1 followed by the destination and # for unconditional forwarding. Comcast Business, Spectrum Business Voice, and Vonage Business Communications manage forwarding through their own portals or feature settings, so identify your exact service before following any guide.
Conditional forwarding, which sends only unanswered or busy calls instead of every call, is not verified for every carrier. If your provider does not document it, check with them directly rather than borrowing another carrier's code. One important limit: Google Voice does not support forwarding calls to an automated system, so a Google Voice number is not a compatible path.

When a caller wants to book a showing or consultation, the receptionist works from the services and availability you configured. By default, new appointments go on the built-in AllDayDesk dashboard calendar. If you prefer Google Calendar, you can connect and authorize your Google account in Settings as an optional step.
It helps to understand what is confirmed and what is not. New appointments booked through the service appear on your calendar. Changes to existing appointments are requests for you to review, not confirmed changes, so you stay in control of your schedule. If a caller asks for something outside what you configured, the receptionist takes a message instead.
Some calls deserve you directly, such as an active buyer mid-transaction. AllDayDesk can transfer calls, but only after you configure a transfer destination and the rules for when transfers happen. A transfer is an attempt, not a guarantee that you will pick up or respond immediately, so treat urgent expectations accordingly.
For everything else, the receptionist takes an ordinary message with the caller's contact details and reason for calling. You review calls, transcripts, and summaries in the dashboard and decide who to call back and when. If a caller asks about a specific price or a detail you have not saved, the message captures the question so you can answer it accurately.
Answering services fall into a few broad groups, and the right fit depends on your call volume and budget. Human answering services staff calls with people; published starting prices for some providers begin around $245 per month, and per-call pricing is common elsewhere, so always compare the current quote, included minutes or calls, overage rates, and contract terms. AllDayDesk uses an AI receptionist, which is this site's own product, and its plans are shown with pricing displayed separately from this page.
A simple way to decide: if your calls need judgment, negotiation, or licensed advice, a person is the safer choice. If most calls are routine questions, showing requests, and messages, an AI receptionist that answers with your saved details and takes accurate messages covers the routine work. Compare current pricing between providers and verify what is included before committing.
